What counts as a minute?
Connected call time, from answer to hang-up. You are not billed for calls that never connect.
What does a typical call cost?
A three-minute call costs $0.36. A 10,000-minute month costs $1,200. The rate does not change with volume until you move to a committed plan.
Is anything billed on top of the per-minute rate?
Phone numbers are $2 per number per month. That is it. STT, LLM, TTS, telephony and routing are all inside the rate.
Is there a platform fee or subscription?
No. There is no monthly platform fee and no seat pricing. You pay for connected minutes, plus $2 per phone number per month, and nothing else.
Can I bring my own provider keys?
Yes. BYO-key routing is available on volume and enterprise plans. Write to founders@speko.ai and we will set it up.
When do volume rates start?
At around 25,000 minutes a month. Volume plans pair a lower rate with a monthly commitment, locked for the term.
Will the price change?
Pay-as-you-go pricing can change with 30 days notice. Volume and enterprise agreements lock your rate for the length of the contract.
